Happy Birthday Kurt Cobain. Rest in Peace ♥ I will always forever feel as though I can relate to you and to your music.. even though I never personally knew you, I feel as though I did/do and I’m sure there’s a million other Nirvana fans out there that feel the same way I do. I’ve been into Nirvana since I was a small child, I suppose that’s another reason it hits home for me. 27 is far too young to die but you will live on forever.. at least in my head with your words anyway.

Fun Facts: I remember running away from home when I was younger and passing out in a field to Nirvana. I also remember getting up in front of my whole school and performing ‘Smells like teen spirit’ (as cliché as that sounds) I was absolutely shitting my pants but the moment I saw all those blank faces in the audience glaring at me as if I was dog turd, I felt an adrenaline rush. That adrenaline rush was the beginning of something special for me.. that was one of the moments that shaped me into the person I am today… I also smashed my bedroom up to ‘You know you’re right’ but that’s a totally different story for another day…
